Our Story


Wild Bird is what happens when you let uninhibited flavor fly the coop. We serve locally sourced, responsibly indulgent and clucking delicious Cal Pacific comfort fare. Chef Sal is the ruler of the roost, and makes our dredge with lime leaves and Korean chili flakes to give our crispy, free-range organic fried chicken a smokey tang. Our sandwich flock includes the signature Wild Bird, the plant-based Veggie Bird, and the grilled and lettuce-wrapped, Beach Bird. Pair them with our frozen cocktails, Thai Basil Iced Green Tea or a Mango Arnold Palmer. We’re open for catering, take-out and delivery. Heed the call and visit us at The Flamingo Resort.

We want you to feel comfortable however you decide to place your order. We encourage guests to go contactless for delivery or pickup.
Contactless Driver


All delivery is contactless, please tell the driver where you would like them to leave the meal. All orders will be sealed + stapled shut to protect your meal.

We have set up the venue with signs, curbside pick-up and floor markings to encourage social distancing.
